    【摘 要】目的：基于统计学聚类算法，分析王钢教授诊疗痛风用药经验。方法：收集2020年1月至2020年12月甘肃中医药大学附属医院名中医门诊175张痛风患者中医处方，采用SPSS 25.0软件聚类算法进行数据分析、挖掘。结果：175张处方中应用中药92味，共计2531频次，使用频次 > 10次的中药为25味。聚类分析将25味高频药物分为4类，涉及的药物种类有祛风湿药、清热燥湿药、利水渗湿药、化湿药、活血化瘀药等;涉及方剂有蠲痹汤加减、加味四妙丸。结论：王钢教授擅于从中医体质理论调治痛风，大多采用有明确降尿酸、抗炎止痛、调节代谢功效的中药，选药以脾为主，祛湿化痰兼清热、化瘀，以改善循环，调节体质糖脂等代谢，注重标本兼治，秉着“未病先防，既病防变”的治疗思想，对临床治疗具有一定的参考意义。
