    【摘 要】目的：探索傣医药治疗风湿热痹的用药特色以及规律。方法：选取《中国傣医单验秘方大全》中记载治疗风湿热痹的验方录入Excel表，建立数据库，并应用SPSS Modeler 18.0、Excel 2019统计软件进行数据分析。结果：纳入47首验方，总计118味药，使用频次≥5次的药物15味，其中青牛胆(14次，4.98%)、姜黄(10次，3.56%)、除风草(9次，3.20%)最为常见;调火塔药(47次，16.73%)、调土塔药(27次，9.61%)使用频率较高;药性以凉(45次，41.28%)、苦(63次，44.68%)为主;常用药对为姜黄-野姜、姜黄-山大黄、红花丹-水菖蒲-姜、红花丹-水菖蒲-青牛胆。结论：傣医治疗风湿热痹的方药以调平四塔为原则，注重清火解毒、活血止痛。
