    【摘 要】目的：通过现代中医药数据挖掘技术总结分析国家级名老中医吴正石治疗湿热型结节性红斑的用药组方规律。方法：整理国家级名老中医吴正石治疗湿热型结节性红斑患者的临证医案，将以上医案处方建立数据库，统一规范录入由中国科学院研究所研发的中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行数据相关分析。结果：①用药频率较高的药物依次为连翘、金银花、地肤子、白鲜皮等。②性味归经：寒性药物使用频次最高，平性及温性药物次之；用药五味分布相对集中在苦、甘、辛三类。③归经频次由高到低依次排序为肝经、肺经、胃经等。④关联规则分析法之组方规律：共得到金银花、连翘，白鲜皮、地肤子，杏仁、桔梗等药物组合。⑤得到竹茹、延胡索、青皮、秦艽、胆南星、地骨皮；白芍、钩藤、当归、茯神、炙远志、炒酸枣仁等5个可能新处方。结论：通过中医传承辅助平台分析，整理出金银花、连翘，白鲜皮、地肤子等药对和治疗湿热型结节性紅斑的可能新处方，总结归纳出安神定志、清热利湿、祛风解毒、通络止痛的治疗原则。

    On WU Zheng-shis Medication and Prescription Rules in the Treatment of Damp Heat Nodular Erythema Based on Data Mining
