    【摘 要】目的：通过对《中华医方》中治疗痹证的酒剂方药进行研究，分析酒剂治疗痹证方药的用药规律，为临床用药以及药理研究提供借鉴。方法：收集整理《中华医方》中治疗痹证的酒剂方药，建立Excel表格，运用古今医案云平台数据分析系统，对所选方剂进行用药频次统计、药物性味归经统计、关联分析、聚类分析，以及复杂网络分析等数据分析。结果：最终纳入酒剂方药181首，涉及中药433味，使用频次前20的中药以当归、牛膝、川芎最多。所用药物多性温平，味辛，归肝、肾、脾经。关联分析得到药对14对，以川芎、当归同现频次最高。聚类分析得到药组2组，复杂网络分析得核心处方1条。结论：《中华医方》中所载治疗痹证的酒剂方药规律为：核心中药为当归、牛膝、川芎、防风等，以补虚扶正、祛风除湿、活血化瘀为主要治法，临证可用蠲痹汤、三痹汤等为核心基础方加减治疗。
