【摘 要】目的：探讨叙事教学法在风湿免疫科实习护士同理心培养中的应用效果。方法：采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法，选择25名首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院风湿免疫科的实习护士，应用叙事教学法进行带教，带教前后采用中文版Jefferson同理心量表进行同理心水平测评，带教结束后运用自行设计的访谈提纲对实习护士进行访谈。结果：带教前实习护士同理心水平为(91.52±7.14)分，带教后实习护士同理心水平为(106.80±16.82)分，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05))；访谈结果显示，实习护士在同理心的培养、沟通、职业素养方面均有提高。结论：叙事教学法应用于风湿免疫科临床带教，有助于实习护士同理心的养成，提高护患沟通能力，值得推广应用。

    Application of Narrative Teaching Method in Cultivating Empathy Among Intern Nurses in Rheumatology and Immunology Department
