叙事教学法在风湿免疫科实习护士同理心培养中的应用
【摘 要】目的:探讨叙事教学法在风湿免疫科实习护士同理心培养中的应用效果。方法:采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法,选择25名首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院风湿免疫科的实习护士,应用叙事教学法进行带教,带教前后采用中文版Jefferson同理心量表进行同理心水平测评,带教结束后运用自行设计的访谈提纲对实习护士进行访谈。结果:带教前实习护士同理心水平为(91.52±7.14)分,带教后实习护士同理心水平为(106.80±16.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05));访谈结果显示,实习护士在同理心的培养、沟通、职业素养方面均有提高。结论:叙事教学法应用于风湿免疫科临床带教,有助于实习护士同理心的养成,提高护患沟通能力,值得推广应用。【关键词】 风湿免疫科;叙事教学法;同理心;实习护士
Application of Narrative Teaching Method in Cultivating Empathy Among Intern Nurses in Rheumatology and Immunology Department

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the effect of narrative teaching method in cultivating empathy among intern nurses in rheumatology and immunology department.Methods:A questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to select 25 intern nurses in the rheumatology and immunology department of Beijing Luhe Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University.Narrative teaching method was used.The Chinese version of Jefferson Empathy Scale was used to assess empathy level before and after teaching.After teaching,a self-designed interview outline was used to interview the intern nurses.Results:The empathy level of the intern nurses before teaching was(91.52±7.14) ......
