摘要：本文从古籍修复角度分析中医药院校图书馆古籍保护工作的现状和存在的问题，强调中医药古籍修复的理念及其重要意义。笔者结合工作实践，对中医药古籍修复人员应具备的职业素养和人才队伍建设作深入思考并提出积极建议。

    Discussion on the Repair Work of Ancient Books in Libraries of TCM Colleges and Universities

    Abstract: This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems in ancient books reparation in libraries of TCM colleges and universities from the aspect of ancient book reparation. The concept and importance of ancient TCM books reparation are emphasized. Based on the working experience, the authors made deep consideration and offered suggestions to the professional quality and training of ancient TCM books repairing workers.
