摘要：为使高校图书馆更好地为学校教学和科研服务，应将人本管理理念融入到高校图书馆服务中。文章对人本管理概念及其内涵进行了分析，从高校图书馆服务的主体和客体出发，提出了“以馆员为本”和“以读者为本”的高校图书馆人本管理的具体措施和方法。
