摘要：简要叙述了互联网医疗的基本概念及发展互联网医疗的重大意义，提出推动“互联网+”中医医疗的7项措施，即加强对中医药信息化工作的宏观规划和顶层设计，推动区域中医药信息的互联互通，加强中医药信息标准建设，加强中医药信息化人才队伍建设，大力发展智慧中医医疗，建立中医药大数据系统，推进大健康信息化。
