摘要：薛己在治疗外科疮疡疾病中推崇运用灸法，既可治虚，亦可治实，积累了丰富的经验。其运用灸法有直接灸、间接灸，间接灸有隔蒜灸、隔附子饼灸、隔豆豉饼灸、隔香附饼灸、隔木香饼灸等；直接灸可用艾或桑木。薛氏均在医案中予以记录，方法具体，形式多样，颇具实效。
