摘要：本文运用本体构建方法，以50本中医古籍文献中眼部预防保健知识为资源，整理术语清单，对健目术语进行概念分类，探索建立概念间关系，利用Protégé 5.0软件构建“健目”知识本体，并进行可视化展示，为进一步搭建“健目”知识服务信息系统提供支持，同时也为中医养生领域知识表达提供参照。
