摘要：信息时代，大学生信息素养教育被赋予了新的内涵和特点。最初对信息素养的定义主要以“工具论”为基础，逐渐被后来的“能力观”和“学习观”所替代。当代大学生学习行为呈现出数字化、智慧化及泛在化的特征。而大学生信息素养教育仍是传统的教学方式，不能有效利用移动教学工具;教育主体单一，图书馆和院系缺乏沟通互动。所以，需要重新定位信息素养教育体系，从“工具论”到“支撑学习体系论”;不断提高信息素养标准，从基本素养到核心元素养;创新信息素养教育观，建立批判性思维的教育模式;变革信息素养教育方式，创建适合时代特征的教学体系。
