摘要：在新媒体迅猛发展的当下，医学期刊传统的经营和发展模式发生了转变，医学期刊编辑也需要认识到市场的融合发展趋势，提升自身的创新意识。本文论述了医学期刊编辑要提升学术素养及信息素养，培养营销意识，创新编辑工作流程，抓住创新融合视域下的发展机遇，实现医学期刊的可持续发展。
