药物增材制造技术中关联知识的识别研究(1)

摘要:目的 對药物增材制造技术发展过程中的关键节点,尤其是学科间关联知识的转折点和关键节点进行识别,以期捕获最有价值的信息,为不同领域的研发者提供参考。方法 选取2014-2018年科学引文索引数据库(SCI)中相关文献为数据源,使用CiteSpace 5.3.R4软件,绘制作者、机构、国家/地区、文献等知识图谱,将知识图谱的分析结果作为药物增材制造技术的知识基础与前沿、热点领域的重要参考依据,并整理与剖析相关度较高文献的研究内容及观点。结果 共检索到药物增材制造技术相关文献4618篇,以美国、中国为主要研究国家,以高校及研究机构为研究主体,呈现多学科交叉的特点,增材制造技术与药物制剂技术知识关联的领域涉及组织工程、组织和器官结构的重构、教育、微流控芯片技术、材料和技术等。结论 在药物制备领域,增材制造技术作为新型的药物开发方式受到研究者的关注,本文为增材制造技术的研发者提供理论参考,同时也为图书馆学科服务提供理论及实践支撑。

Abstract: Objective To identify key points in the development of pharmaceutical additive manufacturing technology, especially the turning points and key nodes of interdisciplinary related knowledge; To capture the most valuable information; To provide references for researchers in different fields. Methods The relevant literature in the Science Citation Index Database (SCI) from 2014-2018 was selected as the data source, and CiteSpace 5.3.R4 software was used to draw knowledge maps of authors, institutions, countries/areas, literature, etc. The analysis results of knowledge maps were used as the important basis for the knowledge base and frontier and hotspots of pharmaceutical additive manufacturing technology, and the research contents and viewpoints of the literature with high correlation were sorted out and analyzed. Results Totally 4,618 articles related to pharmaceutical additive manufacturing technology were retrieved, with the United States and China as the main research countries, with universities and research institutions as the main research subjects, showing the characteristics of multidisciplinary intersection. The areas of additive manufacturing technology and pharmaceutical formulation technology knowledge included tissue engineering, tissue and organ structure reconstruction, education, microfluidic chip technology, materials and technology. Conclusion In the field of pharmaceutical preparation, additive manufacturing technology has attracted the attention of researchers as a new type of drug development.
