摘要：何常春认为颈椎病临床辨证多从虚入手，辨气滞、血瘀、风寒湿热，治疗以补益肝肾、舒经通络、止痛为主。笔者通过2年多的门诊跟师学习，归纳总结了何师运用自拟定痛方结合电针治疗颈椎病的临床思路及治疗经验，旨在为中医治疗颈椎病提供新的思路。
