    摘要：慕课是近年来兴起的一种新型教学模式，受到越来越多教师及学生的重视。本文分析了临床免疫学检验技术课程传统教学模式的弊端、总结了慕课在该课程教学中的应用优势，包括创新教学模式、丰富授课资源、整合优化教学内容、提高学生学习主动性、完善成绩评价体系;并提出了慕课在教学中面临的挑战，如需要依赖信息技术的发展、学生的学习自主性参差不齐。教师应在教学实践中不断探索和总结，完善临床免疫学检验技术课程的教学模式。
