    摘要：文章介绍了开放存取资源的内涵，分析了开放存取资源在存储、共享、使用方面存在的安全风险，提出了相应的管理方法。在开放存取资源存储方面，应注意数据库加密、用户权限认定及资源分类存储;在共享方面，加强网络共享管理、网络地址管理及安全漏洞侦测;在使用方面，提高用户身份识别、用户等级认证及用户信息保护力度。
