    摘要：文章阐述了中医药图书馆从事文化创意开发工作的必要性，全面分析了目前中医药文化创意开发模式、账务处理模式、人才激励模式及知识产权保护等方面面临的困境及原因，提出应多部门联合出台中医药领域文化创意开发指导意见，建立中医药行业文化创意联盟，利用知识产权授权与社会力量深度合作，加强知识产权保护等解决策略，以期为中医药文化创意的行业发展及主管部门顶层设计提供参考，助力中医药文化创意事业步入加速发展期。
