    摘要：本文以山东中医药大学图书馆网站升级改版为例，分析了原网站存在的问题，结合当前智慧图书馆建设的需要，详细阐述了新版网站的功能设计思路，提出高校图书馆网站建设需要从原来的“以内容为中心”向“以用户为重心”转型。
