摘要：采用文献分析、网站调研、案例实证研究的方法，以高校图书馆读书会成功案例为支撑，借鉴组织行为学理论，设计高校图书馆读书会联盟组织架构，并探索其运行机制。提出高校图书馆要充分发挥赋能、孵化、培育、引领读书会的积极作用，以读书会为载体服务教学、科研和人才培养。
