    摘要：关于中风后患者的康复护理大多强调早期介入，而恢复期和后遗症期对患者的干预常易被忽略。中医治疗中风在各个时期均有涉及，除中医内服疗法外，中医康复技术在临床上也被广泛应用，其通过通经活络、活血化瘀、补益气血、调节阴阳平衡，对患者身体康复发挥治疗作用。本文对推拿疗法、药浴疗法、艾灸疗法、心理干预治疗中风后遗症的临床研究进行综述，以期为中风病家庭干预、社区康复治疗提供参考和借鉴。
