    摘要：本文介绍了高校知识产权信息服务中心现状，调查了贵州医科大学和南方医科大学2所学校图书馆知识产权信息服务建设现状，发现现阶段医学院校知识产权信息服务主要是开展有关专利检索、专利预警等与专利相关的服务，目前存在的困難主要有专利数量少、专利数据库资源有限及专利信息服务人才缺失。提出应当提高知识产权意识、合理购置专利信息资源、加大人才培养和引进力度，提高医学院校知识产权信息服务能力。

    Abstract： This article first introduced the current situation of the intellectual property information service center in colleges and universities， and investigated the current situation of the construction of intellectual property information service in the two school libraries of Guizhou Medical University and Southern Medical University. It is found that the intellectual property information services of medical colleges and universities at this stage mainly carry out patent-related services such as patent search and patent early warning. The current difficulties mainly include the small number of patents， the limited patent database resources and the lack of patent information service talents.
