刘建秋教授辨证治疗肺纤维化

    摘要：刘建秋教授认为，肺间质纤维化是多种肺疾病的最终病理结局，为中医肺痿之证。肺纤维化由外邪诱发，痰瘀壅阻肺络，日久因实致虚，致肺叶痿缩，肺痿气虚，痰瘀互结。主张在临床辨证中，应“知犯何逆，随证治之”，予与解表通络、益气养阴、补益肺脾肾、化痰通络、活血化瘀等治法，加减用药。

    Abstract：Professor LIU Jianqiu thoughts, pulmonary fibrosis is a common clinical refractory respiratory disease, is the final outcome of a variety of pathological lung disease. Professor LIU Jianqiu based on traditional Chinese medicine theory that the disease is lung impotent of Chinese medicine syndrome, syndrome differentiation given solution is obtained in the form of collateral, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, nourishing lung, spleen and kidney, dissipating phlegm and dredging collaterals, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood therapy, drug addition and subtraction. ......
