衣先荣教授诊治肛肠病经验

    摘要：衣先荣教授认为，肛肠病诊治时应结合《内经》理论，从肠燥津亏秘结证、脾胃气虚泄泻证、湿热瘀滞肠痈证、寒热错杂蛔厥证加以分型，治疗上采用滋阴清热、润燥通便，健脾益气、渗湿止泻，清热解毒、排脓消痈，清上温下、安蛔止痛等法。

    关键词：肛肠病；滋阴清热；辨证论治
