妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对妊娠结局影响及诊治研究

    摘要：妊娠合并子宫肌瘤是妊娠期常见的并发症之一。研究发现，肌瘤的位置、数量、大小、发生类型的不同，可导致不同的妊娠结局。妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断，可依靠症状、体征，超声检查、核磁共振、实验室检查等。对于妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的治疗，有保守治疗、手术治疗、中医药治疗等。明确研究结果，以期在临床上为有生育要求的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者提供合理的指导。

    Pregnancy combined with uterine fibroids impact on pregnancy outcome

    Abstract：Pregnancy with leiomyomas is one of the common complications during pregnancy. The data show that different locations, quantities, sizes and types of leiomyomas would cause different neonatal outcomes. The diagnosis of pregnancy with leiomyomas, can rely on symptoms, signs, ultrasound, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and laboratory examination, etc. For the treatments of pregnancy with leiomyomas, there are conservative treatment, surgical treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc. Depending on above studies, want to provide valuable information on clinic for uterine leiomyoma patients who have the desire of fertility. ......
