针灸防治压疮研究

    摘要：中医学认为，压疮主要因经络受阻，气血瘀滞，筋脉失养，肉腐脱落，酝酿成疮。针、灸防治压疮操作简单，且临床效果显著，其机理主要是针、灸结合可以舒经活络，扶正祛邪，祛腐生肌。临证时应注意艾灸的燃点，针刺治疗压疮力弱，需配合灸法疗效更佳。

    Abstract：In Traditional Chinese Medicine, pressure ulcer is mainly due to obstruction of meridians, stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, then dried off and brewing into sore. Acupuncture and moxibustion of treating and prevention of pressure ulcers is simple operation and significant clinical effect.
