开青龙锁配合脊痛汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病

    摘要：目的观察开青龙锁配合脊痛汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将86例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成对照组及治疗组，各43例，对照组采取常规推拿手法配合牵引治疗，治疗组采用开青龙锁并配合脊痛汤加减治疗，10 d后对比2组治疗前后田中靖久20分颈椎病评分量表、简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)得分以及总体疗效。结果2组治疗后田中靖久20分颈椎病评分、SF-MPQ得分较治疗前均有统计学意义(P

    Treatment combined with Kaiqinglongsuo therapy and Jitong decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of Kaiqinglongsuo therapy combined with Jitong decoction plus-minus for patients with CSR. MethodsThe 86 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group, each 43 cases. The patients in control group were treated by regular naprapathy and traction treatment, while the patients in treatment group were treated by the combination of Kaiqinglongsuo therapy and Jitong decoction. After being treated for 10 days, the patients were compared by scores they get from Tanaka Jing Long’s 20 points of Cervical Vertebra Disease Rating Scale, the SF-MPQ and overall clinical efficacy.
