骨刺消合剂对膝骨关节炎患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮及肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

    摘要：目的观察骨刺消合剂对膝骨关节炎患者血清中SOD、NO和TNF-α 的影响。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例，服用骨刺消合剂；对照组30例，采用膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠，观察2组治疗前后血清中SOD、NO和TNF-α 的影响。结果2组血清SOD含量均提高，NO和TNF-α 的含量均下降，与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Gucixiao on serum SOD,NO and TNF - α in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients. MethodsThe 60 KOA patients were randomized into 2 groups: treatment group (n=30,treated with Gucixiao) and control group(n=30,treated with intra-artivular injection of sodium hyaluronate). The serum SOD, NO and TNF - α contents were monitored. Results SOD contents in both groups were inclined to elevate, while the NO and TNF - αcontents, which were close to normal.
