    中医情志护理对冠心病心绞痛疗效的影响

    摘要：目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者运用中医情志护理的临床护理疗效。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者90例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，各45例，对照组给予常规护理，试验组则在对照组的基础上加用中医情志护理，2组均护理4周，比较2组临床症状改善情况，对比护理前后心绞痛疼痛程度及焦虑程度。结果2组临床症状均有好转,试验组护理疗效总有效率为93.3%优于对照组77.8%(P

    Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients with emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect analysis

    Abstract：Objective To explore the coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris using traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect analysis of emotional nursing. MethodGynecologic 90 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients who were treated in our hospital, using random number tables were randomly divided into two groups, two groups of 45 people, of which the control group received routine medical care, the experimental group is used in the control group on the basis of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, two groups of nursing for 4 weeks. Nursing is over, compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improved, the degree of comparison before and after care in patients with angina pectoris. ResultsNursing, clinical symptoms were improved between two groups, total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.3%.
