    《续名医类案》辨治郁证的特点

    摘要：《续名医类案》是清代医家魏之琇在《名医类案》的基础上补充汇编而成的一部医案类书。对《续名医类案》辨治郁证的医案进行分析归纳，总结出辨治郁证的特点为：木郁克土，疏肝益脾；木火刑金，泄肺开郁；郁悒心下，夺土破瘀；气郁多变，和中畅卫；痰郁壅盛，治分标本；因思为患，以怒胜思；饥不欲食，移情易性。

    XuMingYiLeiAn’s characteristic of differential treatment about depression syndrome

    Abstract：According to the study of medical records of the differential treatment about depression syndrome fromXuMingYiLeiAn, the characteristic of which can be concluded as the followings: Regulating liver qi and nourish spleen when the wood was depression and restricted earth. To purify and descent lung qi when wood-fire impairs the metal. Eliminating indigestion and blood stasis when the spleen qi was stagnation. Regulating the activities of spleen qi and defensive qi, when the syndromes were changeable because of the stagnation of qi. To distinct between the primary and the secondary when the syndrome was caused by the retention of phlegm and fluid. Treating the depression syndrome which was caused by the excessive thought with the principle of anger restrict thought. Treating who felt hunger but had poor appetite with the method of empathy. ......
