脑卒中后抑郁的动物模型及其观测指标研究进展

    摘要：研究显示脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的发病机制主要分为两大类:即“原发性内源性学说”和“反应性机制学说”。原发性内源性学说即PSD的生物学机制,反应性机制学说认为PSD是社会心理生物因素综合作用的结果。临床主要从药物、针灸、康复训练、心理干预、音乐、低能量激光、重复经颅刺激等方面进行治疗。现基础研究显示先制备缺血性、出血性脑卒中动物模型，再联合慢性刺激复合可制备成PSD模型，其行为学与神经功能评定等方面的研究表明PSD动物存在快感消失、学习及记忆受损、行为绝望，神经功能受损较重等。

    Animal models of post stroke depression and its observations

    Abstract：The present study shows that PSD pathogenesis is mainly divided into two categories : the biological mechanisms of primary endogenous theory namely the PSD, reactive mechanism theory of PSD is a result of the combined action of biological factors of social psychology. The clinical treatment methods are mainly drugs, acupuncture, rehabilitation training, psychological intervention, music, low energy laser, repeat the cranial stimulation and so on. Now basic research shows that ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke should be first established, and then combined with chronic stimulation of compound into PSD model. The behavioral and neurological assessment study shows the PSD animals pleasure disappeared, learning and memory impairment, behavioral despair, nerve function damaged heavily.
