临床观察8例左室特发性室速的血流动力学分析

【摘要】目的：观察左室特发性室速的血流动力学改变。方法：对我院心电图室诊断8例左室特发性室速患者进行分析，观察其临床表现、血压、发作前后心电图、心脏彩超变化。结果：左室特发性室速多发生于无器质性心脏病患者，以青、中年多见，多为持续发作，血流动力学多稳定。结论：左室特发性室速通常不引起血流动力学改变或心脏性猝死。
