【摘要】由于城乡发展不平衡，农村孕产妇的保健条件与城市孕产妇的保健条件之间存在一定的差距。通过分析当今农村孕产妇保健的现状，针对农村孕产妇保健备件差、服务水平低、资源匮乏等问题，打破旧模式，拓宽思路，探讨适应农村现状的孕产妇保健管理模式，普及孕产妇保健知识，提高基层孕产妇保健工作水平和质量，力求降低农村孕产妇的死亡率，提高我国新生人口的质量。
