【摘要】目的：探讨翼状胬肉患者行自体结膜移植与生物羊膜移植的疗效。方法：选取我院2011年10月-2012年10月接收的翼状胬肉患者56例(患眼80只)，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组行翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植术，观察组行翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组经治疗且随访6～18个月后，对照组创面愈合时间明显高于观察组；对照组有5例复发，复发率为11.1%；观察组有2例复发，复发率为5.7%，组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：翼状胬肉患者行自体结膜移植治疗的效果显著，值得推广。
