【摘要】目的：探讨64排128层CT在颅脑CTA成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值。方法：收集我院2012年8月-2013年8月诊治的130例颅内动脉瘤患者，采用64排CT进行检查。结果：本组130例患者共发现动脉瘤133个，其中单发瘤127个，另3例患者均有2个动脉瘤，瘤体大小：3.0mm～75.5mm，平均27.2mm，与术中检查结果一致，64排128层螺旋CTA诊断符合率为100.0%。结论：64排螺旋CT在颅脑CTA成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的符合率高，值得临床推广。
