【摘要】根据我院1例肺泡微石症的影像表现，结合相关文献分析归纳出，肺泡微石症在胸片上呈典型的“暴风沙”改变，病变以双侧中下肺野内中带最显著。胸部HRCT更能明确证实肺内细小钙化结节，以中下肺野最密集，呈“白描征”或“火焰征”。掌握其影像学表现有助于该病的早期发现及诊断。
