血府逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性肺源性心脏病缓解期的疗效分析
【摘要】目的 观察血府逐瘀汤加减法在慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)缓解期患者治疗中的应用与疗效。方法 采取数字随机法将我院收治的CPHD缓解期患者76例分成甲乙两组，各38例，分别给予其常规西医治疗与西医结合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果 甲组治疗总有效率为78.95%，明显低于乙组的92.11%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对临床上的CPHD缓解期患者，给予其中西医结合治疗，疗效显著，值得推广。
