【摘要】冠心病是临床常见的心血管疾病，中医称为胸痹。伏邪是指伏藏于体内而不立即发病的病邪，伏痰、伏瘀等都属于伏邪，是胸痹的重要致病因素，平素伏藏于体内伏而待发，如伏痰、伏瘀突然加重或感受外邪可立即发病。本文主要探讨伏痰、伏瘀等伏邪与冠心病的关系。
