【摘要】溃疡性结肠炎是一种病变限于结肠粘膜的炎症性肠病，由多种病因综合交互作用引起，西医治疗作用迅速，疗效肯定，但复发率高。中医辨证施治具有疗效好，辩证用药的优点。临床治疗最好是采用中西医、全身和局部相结合的“个体化综合治疗”方案。本文收集近3～5年的文献，通过病因病机、基础研究和临床治疗等方面对中西医结合诊治溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展作如下总结。
