【摘要】目的 研究舒适护理模式在血液透析护理中的作用和效果。方法 选取我院血透科患者28例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的同时增加舒适护理模式。观察对比两组患者实际情况。结果 对照组患者负面情绪明显高于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论 患者经过舒适护理模式在血液透析后有效降低焦虑，害怕等负面情绪的产生，提高患者生活质量。
