【摘要】目的 研究早期站立对脑卒中患者后期步行能力改善的重要作用。方法 选取2015年1月～4月我院收治的脑卒中患者54例作为研究对象，在常规常规康复治疗手段的同时进行早期站立训练，观察其疗效。结果 54例患者步行能力明显提高。结论 脑卒中患者早期站立对患者的步行能力改善起着重要作用，是对整体康复治疗和患者步行能力改善条件的重要补充，具有非常重要的临床意义，值得推广和应用。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the effect of early standing on the improvement of walking ability in patients with stroke.Methods 54 patients with stroke were studied.The patients were treated with early standing training and the treatment effect was observed.Results The walking ability of 54 patients was significantly improved.Conclusion Early standing in patients with stroke plays an important role in improving walking ability of patients.This is an important supplement to the overall rehabilitation treatment and walking ability of patients to improve the condition ......
