【摘要】目的 分析我院房颤患者华法林抗凝的使用情况及提高其使用率和INR达标率的措施。方法 选择50例高危房颤患者，回顾性分析其是否华法林抗凝、抗凝达标率及未使用华法林抗凝原因。结果 50例患者中使用华法林抗凝者9例，治疗率为18%，门诊随访抗凝达标者2例，达标率22.22%。结论 医院应强化管理，提高医生抗凝意识，努力提高房颤患者华法林抗凝使用率、达标率，使房颤患者获得最大益处。
