【摘要】目的 观察对原发性高血压患者行以缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗的临床效果。方法 择取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的110例原发性高血压患者进行研究，以入院时间为依据将所选患者分为参照组和研究组，每组各55例，参照组患者行以硝苯地平控释片治疗，研究组患者行以缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗，对两组治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果 治疗后，研究组的临床总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 对原发性高血压患者行以缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗可取得良好效果。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital.the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the time of admission.55 patients in each group were treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets.the patients were treated with valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.the therapeutic effects were analyzed and compared.Results The total clinical efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (p<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of primary hypertension with valsartan combined with nifedipine can achieve good results ......
