【摘要】代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础，多种代谢紊乱导致的一组临床证候群。围绝经期及绝经后女性为其高发人群，中医认为其与肝脾肾三脏失调，痰瘀阻滞相关。中医治疗常根据其病证特点辨证论治，在改善症状与生化指标、中医证候积分方面有一定的优势。现就近五年的相关研究进行综述。
