【摘要】目的 探讨分析胸腔镜下肺大泡切除手术对机体应激反应的影响。方法 选取120例的肺大泡患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组使用常规开胸肺大泡切手术，而观察组则使用胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术，并记录探讨分析两组不同手术的机体应激反应。结果 在手术的前中后对照组的变化，显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论 在胸腔镜下的肺大泡切除手术，机体的应激反应相对比较小，有利于患者伤口恢复，具有临床价值意义，值得探讨。
