【摘要】目的 探究亚低温疗法联合鼠神经生长因子对新生儿脑缺氧缺血性脑病患儿发育情况及神经测定评分的影响。方法 选择2016年2月～11月我院收治的新生儿脑缺氧缺血性脑病患儿50例，根据随机数表法将所有患儿分为两组，各25例。对照组给予常规亚低温疗法治疗，观察组在此基础上予以鼠神經生长因子联合治疗，观察比较两组发育情况及神经功能。结果 对照组NBNA、PDI、MDI评分均明显低于观察组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 亚低温疗法联合鼠神经生长因子能有效提高新生儿脑缺氧缺血性脑病患儿发育能力，改善神经功能。
