【摘要】目的 探讨胺碘酮联合螺内酯对持续性心房颤动患者心房内径、血压水平的影响。方法 选择2016年3月至2017年4月在商丘市第一人民医院心内一科治疗的持续性心房颤动患者50例，按用药不同将其分为25例对照组(给予胺碘酮治疗)与25例观察组(给予胺碘酮联合螺内酯治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前后临床体征变化情况。结果 两组治疗前临床体征对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组治疗后心房内径、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胺碘酮联合螺内酯治疗持续性心房颤动患者，能改善患者血压水平，窦性心律长期维持率高且有效抑制复发。
