【摘要】目的 对颈型颈椎病的影像再认识，深化对其规律的了解。方法 对77例颈型颈椎病表现为：曲度改变、间隙改变、骨质增生。椎体不稳。结果 曲线改变50例，其中曲度变直23例，局部变直18例。反曲：7例。曲度过大2例。结论 颈型颈椎病临床症状充分。影像表现有时却不十分典型，甚至十分轻微。但也有其共性的东西，需要密切结合临床，细致追查颈椎外伤史，认真观察，时期发现，早期治疗。

    【Abstract】Objective To understand the image of cervical spondylosis of cervical type and to deepen the understanding of its regularity.Methods 77 cases of cervical spondylosis were characterized by change of curvature，change of space and hyperplasia of bone.The vertebral body is unstable.Results The curve was changed in 50 cases，including 23 cases of Curvature and 18 cases of local Change.Anti：7 cases.2 cases of excessive curvature.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis of cervical type are sufficient.
