【摘要】目的 探究对急性心肌梗死并房颤患者应用胺碘酮、丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合给药治疗方式实施救治的临床治疗结果。方法 选取我院接收诊治的急性心肌梗死并房颤患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组。结果 两组患者心率情况相较于治疗前，均呈现显著改善趋势，且观察组患者改善趋势显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对急性心肌梗死并房颤患者应用胺碘酮、丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合给药治疗方式实施救治，临床治疗结果显著，对患者心脏跳动情况的改善具有积极作用，且临床治疗过程中安全性较佳。
