【摘要】本文报道了1例46岁女性患者，2次在外院诊断为急性冠脉综合征和心力衰竭，疗效不佳。后于本院查体及影像学检查提示左上腹腹主动脉旁占位，测甲氧基去甲肾上腺素显著增高，行手术切除包块，术后确诊为副神经节瘤。
