【摘要】目的 观察分析舒脉降压汤与替米沙坦配合治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法 将2016年9月～2017年9月入我院接受治疗的100例高血压患者采用随机分组法分为对比组与联合组，其中给予对比组患者替米沙坦进行治疗，联合组在此基础上加以舒脉降压汤进行相应治疗，分析比较两组患者舒张压及收缩压指标情况，同时对比两组患者治疗总有效率。结果 研究数据显示联合组患者采用舒脉降压汤与替米沙坦配合治疗高血压更具治疗优势，患者舒张压及收缩压均低于对比组，此外联合组患者治疗总有效率也明显高于对比组，组间数据差异较大，具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论 在对高血压患者治疗中有效应用舒脉降压汤与替米沙坦配合治疗可取得良好治疗效果，有助于患者舒张压与收缩压的降低，值得应用。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shumai Jiangya Decoction combined with telmisartan on hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group.The patients in the comparison group were treated with telmisartan.Basal blood pressure decoction was treated on the basis of the corresponding treatment.The diastolic pressure and systolic blood pressure were analyzed and compared between the two groups. The total treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results The study data showed that the combination of Shumai Jiangya Decoction and telmisartan was more effective in the treatment of hypertension in the combined group.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower in the combined group than in the control group.In addition ......
